Our cancellation and refund terms

We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines our cancellation terms and refund procedures for Fairplay services.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing via email to contact@fairplayexpo.shop or by calling +91 7743596032.

Event and Service Cancellations

More than 30 days before event:

  • Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
  • No charges for materials not yet ordered

15-30 days before event:

  • 75% refund of total amount
  • Charges for materials already ordered

7-14 days before event:

  • 50% refund of total amount
  • Full charges for materials and labor costs

Less than 7 days before event:

  • No refund available
  • Full payment required
  • Rescheduling may be possible (subject to availability)

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued within 7-14 business days of cancellation approval
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method
  • Bank transfer refunds may take additional 3-5 business days
  • Administrative fees are non-refundable

Weather-Related Cancellations

For outdoor events, weather-related cancellations are handled as follows:

  • If we cancel due to unsafe weather conditions: Full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost
  • If client cancels due to weather concerns: Standard cancellation policy applies
  • Indoor alternatives may be offered when possible

Force Majeure Events

In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.):

  • Full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost
  • No administrative fees for force majeure cancellations
  • Alternative solutions will be explored when possible

Service Modifications

Service modifications are subject to:

  • Written approval from both parties
  • Additional charges for increased scope of work
  • Refunds for reduced scope (subject to cancellation policy)
  • Timeline adjustments as necessary

Equipment and Material Costs

Special considerations for equipment and materials:

  • Custom-made items are non-refundable once production begins
  • Standard equipment may be subject to restocking fees
  • Perishable materials cannot be refunded
  • Transportation costs are non-refundable

Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the decision
  • Provide detailed explanation and supporting documentation
  • We will review and respond within 5 business days
  • Final decisions are at our discretion

We understand that special circumstances may arise. Please contact us to discuss:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Family emergencies
  • Unexpected venue issues
  • Other extenuating circumstances
